SHA-9 autosampler is an upgraded version of SHA-7, with more sample digits. It is a basic disc autosampler, and the operation is very simple. The sample tray adopts open design and can be observed directly. The large capacity sample tube can be fully cleaned to improve the analysis accuracy.
The SHA-9 autosampler is mainly composed of a sample plate, a sampling needle, a six-way valve, a peristaltic pump and corresponding connecting pipelines. There are 76 locations in the sample tray, including 1 cleaning bottle position and 75 sample vial positions. The default position of the 0 position is the cleaning bottle position, and the number 1-75 position is the sample bottle position. Up to 75 samples can be obtained at one time. The middle position of the sample tray is a water storage bottle, which provides ultra-pure water for the needle washing bottle. The injection volume is determined by the metering ring installed on the six-way valve, which can be replaced as needed. The operation process is to first turn the sample tray to the needle washing position and clean the sample needle and the corresponding pipeline. Then rotate to the corresponding sample vial position, and transfer the sampling needle downward into the sample vial. The sample in the sample vial is sucked into the dosage ring of the six-way valve under the suction force of the peristaltic pump and filled with it. The excess sample is discharged from the waste liquid port. The six-way valve switches the flow path and starts the instrument signal collection at the same time, that is, completes one injection and waits for the next injection.
