Product Description

CIC-D100E is a scientific instrument specifically designed for ampere detection needs, which can conveniently test trace substances such as S- and CN- in different matrix samples, and the test results are accurate and reliable. The system has fast startup, reliable and stable performance, and is suitable for a wide range of fields such as medicine, environment, food, chemical industry, geology, and research laboratories.

CIC-D100E ion chromatograph highlights:

Built-in electrochemical detector.

Has extremely high detection sensitivity and extremely low detection limit, meeting the determination of trace and trace ions.

Preheating of eluent.

The temperature of the column is more stable, and the data is more accurate.

Intelligent on/off instrument.

With just one click, you can complete the startup parameter setting and shutdown operation.

Flexible configuration of detectors

Standard DC electrochemical detector, can also be combined with UV, conductivity detector and other detectors.

The working principle of the CIC-D100E ion chromatograph is based on ion exchange chromatography, combined with modern separation and detection technology, and is mainly used to analyze the anions and cations in the solution. The main principles are as follows:

1. Principle of Ion Exchange Separation

 - Column selection: Use a high-efficiency ion exchange column (such as anion or cation analysis column) to fill resin particles with fixed charge groups.

 - Sample separation: When the sample to be analyzed passes through the chromatographic column, the affinity of different ions and resins is different, resulting in different migration speeds, thereby achieving ions separation.

2. Conductivity detection technology

 - Detector principle: The conductivity change of ions after separation is measured through the conductance detector.

 - Signal response: The higher the ion concentration, the greater the conductivity, and the stronger the electrical signal output by the detector.

3. Suppressor technology

 - Background conductivity suppression: Built-in suppressors (such as microfilm suppressors) can reduce the background conductivity of the leachate and improve detection sensitivity.

 - Reaction mechanism: The inhibitor converts high concentrations of ions (such as hydroxide or hydrogen ions) in the leachate into water, while retaining the conductivity signal of the ions to be measured.

4. Eluent system

 - Eluent solution selection: Use a specific leachate (such as NaOH, KOH or carbonate solution) according to the analysis target (anion or cation).

 - Gradient rinse (optional): Supports gradient rinse function, which improves the separation efficiency of complex samples by changing the concentration of leachate.

5. Automation and data processing

 - Automatic injection: equipped with an automatic injection device to support batch sample analysis.

 - Software control: The separation process is monitored in real time through workstation software, and automatically process data, generate chromatograms and reports.

The CIC-D100E achieves fast and accurate ion quantitative analysis by optimizing separation efficiency, suppression technology and automation functions, which is especially suitable for the daily detection needs of conventional laboratories.
