High-throughput automatic sampler

The new high-throughput injection mode has a large sample processing volume and higher efficiency;

60 and 120-bit sampler are optional;

Various injection methods such as full quantification, partial injection, lossless injection, etc. are available to meet different user usage scenarios.

 

Electrochemical detection unit

There are three modes: DC, pulse and integral, and the selection is more flexible;

Built-in column thermostat, smaller connection volume and better peak resolution;

Real-time status display, LED reminds the instrument to operate on the online state.

 

High-efficiency gradient mixing pump

Automatic mixing of multiple channels is high in accuracy, easy to control and worry-free;

High pressure resistance, can carry pressures of more than 6000psi, and reliable quality;

Corrosion-resistant, flow path pH range 0~14, can be used for a variety of organic solvents, and has excellent performance.

Sugar Substances Analyzer

The SH-CAC-200 column can quickly and efficiently separate monosaccharides and disaccharides with ideal resolution; combined with pulsed ampere detection (PAD), high resolution separation at high pH without derivatization.

 

Pre-processing method:

Weigh 2g of the sample (accurate to 0.001 g) into a 100 mL colorimetric tube, add about 50 mL of hot water at 50℃~60℃, vortex or stir

When the sample is fully dissolved, add 2 mL of acetic acid solution, vortex and mix well, and ultrasound for 30 min

Transfer to a 100 mL volumetric flask and set the volume to the scale with water, mix well, and let stand for 20 minutes

Pass the 0.45 μm aqueous filter membrane needle filter and C18 solid phase extraction column in turn
