The equipment removes organic impurities and solid particles from the samples to be measured by on-line pretreatment system, achieving the functions of continuous automatic sampling, sample pretreatment and data processing, and continuously uploads real-time monitoring data to headquarters or servers in 24 hours.

Core technology architecture and principles
1. Ion exchange separation system
- Column design:
A high-capacity anion (SH-AC series) and cation (SH-CS series) separation column is used, with a filler particle size of 5μm and a column effect > 3000 theoretical number of plates/m. Synchronous separation of 8 anions such as F⁻, Cl⁻, NO₃⁻, SO₄²⁻, and 6 cations such as Li⁺, Na⁺, NH₄⁺, and Ca²⁺, can be completed within 30 minutes.
- Anti-pollution ability: Enhance hydrophobicity through surface bonding technology, tolerate high concentrations of organic matter (such as humic acid), and extend the service life to more than 12 months.
- Gradient leaching technology:
The built-in leaching liquid generator can generate gradient leaching liquids such as KOH and NaOH online, with a concentration range of 0-100 mM, supporting the precise separation of trace ions in complex substrates (such as high-salt wastewater).
2. Dual suppression conductance detection technology
- Anion inhibition:
Using a continuous self-regenerating micro-membrane electric suppressor, the background conductivity is <5 nS/cm and the inhibition capacity is up to 100 mmol/h, and samples with Cl⁻ concentration up to 1000 mg/L can be directly analyzed.
- Technical breakthrough: By optimizing membrane material (polyether etherketone) and runner design, the suppressor response time is shortened to 1 second, and the baseline noise is <0.1 nS.
- Cationic inhibition:
Compatible with methanesulfonic acid system, high pressure resistance up to 6 MPa, suitable for high temperature (60℃) or high salt (such as seawater) environments, detection limit is as low as 0.5 μg/L (in Na⁺).
3. Online preprocessing system
- Automatic filtration and backflushing:
Equipped with a 0.45 μm polyethersulfone (PES) filter membrane, it can remove solid particles with a particle size of >0.45 μm, and automatically reverse rinse 3 times a day to prevent clogging.
- Organic removal:
The built-in C18 solid-phase extraction column is used to adsorb humic acid, pesticide residue and other organic matter through hydrophobic action, and the recovery rate is >95%.
- pH adjustment module:
Automatically adjust the pH of the sample to 2-12, compatible with strong acidic (such as pH 1) or strong alkaline (such as pH 13) water samples.
