1. Fully plastic flow path system and automatic range technology
- Full PEEK material flow path: Compared with CIC-D120, CIC-D120+ further optimizes the flow path design, adopts full PEEK material, which is resistant to strong acids and alkalis (pH 0-14) and 100% reverse phase organic solvents, avoids metal ion contamination, and is especially suitable for trace heavy metal detection (such as Cl⁻ in electronic grade chemicals). For example, when analyzing semiconductor wafer cleaning fluid, the all-plastic flow path ensures detection limits as low as 0.1 ppb.
- Automatic range conductivity detection: Traditional conductivity detectors need to manually switch ranges, while CIC-D120+ uses automatic range technology. One injection can simultaneously detect ion concentrations of 4 orders of magnitude difference (such as Li⁺ of 0.1 ppb and Na⁺ of 50 ppm). The digital signal output is directly compatible with different concentration ranges, reducing manual operation errors.
2. Intelligent temperature control and separation technology
- Built-in cyclic three-dimensional constant temperature column thermostat: adopts frequency conversion control circulating air heating mode, temperature control range +5-60℃, accuracy ±0.1℃, and the heating time is shortened to within 30 minutes, ensuring that the separation repeatability of complex samples (such as lactose in dairy products) at different temperatures is better than 1%.
- Chromatographic column chip identification: Standard SH series ion chromatography columns (such as SH-AP-1 anion column and SH-C cation columns) are equipped. The column model is automatically identified through the chip and matched with the optimal separation conditions to avoid errors in manual parameter setting. For example, after replacing the chromatographic column, the system automatically loads preset leachate gradient and temperature parameters, saving method development time.
