‌SH-GIC7000 ion chromatograph is based on reversible exchange between dissociable ions on an ion exchange resin and solute ions with the same charge in the mobile phase. When the sample solution enters the column, the components are separated according to their different affinity with the ion exchange position on the analysis column. Components with weak affinity are eluted first, while components with strong affinity are eluted later.
