Feed water of laboratory instruments, such as: autoclave, bottle washing machine, environmental test chamber, water bath, etc.
Highlights:
System output ranges from 10 to 60 liters/h. It can simultaneously produce ultrapure water (18.2MΩ.cm), high pure water (>17.5MΩ.cm) or pure water[3]. The quality of pure water fully meets or exceeds the requirements of water quality standard specified by ASTM D1193-06, GB/T 11446.1-2013, GB/T 33087-2016, GB/T 6682-2008, CP, EP, USP, JP, CAP, CLSI, etc.
The L series pure water machine is an intelligent integrated pure water system. The following is its related introduction:
Model types: There are a variety of choices for water production of 10-60 liters/hour, such as LU-20, LU-40, LU-60 and other basic ultrapure water and high-purity water all-in-one machines, as well as special functional modules such as LU-20UV (low organic type), LU-20UF (thermal prototype), LU-20UVF (comprehensive type), etc., as well as LD-20, LD-40, LD-60 and other basic types that produce high-purity water and first-class RO pure water, as well as sterilization and granule removal types such as LD-20UT.
Technology and functions: Purification columns with a new patented technical structure, a new intelligent human-computer interactive control system, a 5-inch or 7-inch LCD color capacitive screen, integrated Internet of Things (IOT) and cloud platform functions. It has a stable and reliable first-level RO system and a large-capacity DI ion exchange purification unit. Some models are equipped with a secondary RO system and EDI continuous current deionization module. Ultrapure water (18.2MΩ.cm), high-purity water (>17.5MΩ.cm) and pure water (<5μs/cm) can be produced simultaneously, and the water quality fully meets or exceeds the water quality standards and requirements specified by ASTM D1193-06, GB/T 11446.1-2013 and other water quality standards.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for laboratory and industrial applications, it can meet diversified and personalized water requirements such as basic utensil cleaning to precise instrument analysis and strict proteomics. For example, the basic type can be used for routine experiments and instrument cleaning in general laboratories; the low organic type is suitable for experiments that require strict organic content, such as HPLC analysis, etc.; the thermoremoval prototype is suitable for pyrogen-sensitive scenarios such as cell culture; the comprehensive type can meet a variety of complex experimental needs.
